Publishing standards
Editorial Policy
This policy explains how FlexImagePro creates, checks and corrects tool guidance. The aim is to publish useful instructions that match the behavior of the working product.
Original and useful content
Indexed guides are selected for a clear user need. They should add practical settings, limitations, examples, review steps or troubleshooting—not repeat a tool name across generic paragraphs. Pages that do not yet meet this standard may remain available to users while being excluded from search indexing.
Product testing
Instructions are checked against the current FlexImagePro interface. File tools are reviewed with representative formats and failure cases. Browser-specific behavior, upload limits and server processing are described when they materially affect the result.
Sources and claims
Technical claims should favor primary documentation, standards or the observed behavior of the product. Content should distinguish a recommendation from a requirement and should not promise guaranteed search rankings, advertising approval or perfect compatibility.
Corrections and updates
When a tool, browser or documented standard changes, related guidance may be revised. Clear factual errors are corrected rather than silently defended. Readers can report a problem through the contact page with the URL and supporting detail.
Advertising independence
Advertising does not determine tool results or editorial conclusions. Ads, when enabled, should remain distinguishable from navigation and primary actions. Sponsored material must be disclosed and cannot replace the useful content of a page.
