Overview

FlexImagePro is a browser-based image processing tool. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the steps we take to protect your privacy. The short version: your images never leave your device.

Image Processing

All image operations — compression, format conversion, and resizing — run entirely in your browser using the HTML5 Canvas API and the File API. No image data is transmitted to any server. We have no access to the files you process, and they are not stored anywhere outside your local device memory.

Some FlexImagePro pages also work with text, colors, calculators, SEO fields, developer snippets, maps, generated codes, and PDF-related actions. In general, the site is designed to complete as much work as possible in the browser before any server request is needed. When a feature does require a server response, such as a share link or a repair-style backend workflow, the page is built to show a clear status and avoid exposing unnecessary technical details to the user.

Information We Collect

FlexImagePro does not require registration to use its tools. We do not directly request account credentials or identity documents. Information may still be processed when you contact us, use a server-backed feature, or when analytics and advertising providers receive standard device and request information as described below.

We may collect anonymised, aggregated usage data through standard web analytics (such as page views and general browser/OS information) to understand how the site is used and to improve performance. Depending on browser settings and applicable consent choices, this may include approximate location derived from an IP address, device type, browser, referring page, and interactions with the site.

If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to include in that message, such as your email address, tool name, browser details, screenshots, or a description of the problem. We use those messages only to respond, troubleshoot, improve tool behavior, fix content issues, and make the site easier to use. Avoid sending sensitive personal files unless we specifically ask for a safe sample that is necessary to reproduce a problem.

Cookies

FlexImagePro uses session storage and local storage for functions such as remembering theme preferences and preserving temporary tool state. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, or similar identifiers to deliver, measure, limit, and personalize advertising where permitted. Available consent and browser controls determine whether personalized or non-personalized advertising is used where required by law.

Third-Party Services

FlexImagePro uses Google AdSense to display advertisements. Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites, measure ad performance, prevent fraud, and limit repeated ads. Data Retention

Because we do not collect personally identifiable information, there is no personal data for us to retain or delete. Any browser storage (local storage, session storage) used by FlexImagePro remains on your device and can be cleared at any time through your browser settings.

Browser-generated previews, temporary object URLs, and local tool states are intended for the current session or for user-controlled browser storage. Clearing your browser data, closing a private browsing window, or using the reset controls on a tool page removes the local working state from your device. Share links, when available, are treated as temporary convenience links rather than permanent storage.

Tool Results and User Responsibility

FlexImagePro provides utilities that generate, convert, format, calculate, preview, or download output based on the information you provide. You are responsible for reviewing the final result before using it in a website, document, app, map, business workflow, public listing, or client deliverable. This is especially important for SEO metadata, schema code, legal or financial calculations, coordinates, PDF files, and generated image assets.

We do not intentionally inspect private user content while you use browser-side tools. The site may display previews so you can verify output locally, but those previews are part of your browser session. If a page offers download options such as TXT, CSV, JSON, HTML, SVG, KML, ZIP, or PDF, the exported file should be checked before sharing or uploading it to a third-party service.

Children's Privacy

FlexImagePro is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of FlexImagePro after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
