By accessing or using FlexImagePro (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Description of Service

FlexImagePro provides free image and utility tools including image compression, format conversion (WebP, JPG, PNG), image resizing, PDF tools, and text tools. No account, registration, or payment is required to use the Service.

The Service may include browser-based processing, generated previews, downloadable output, temporary share links, map previews, SEO helpers, developer utilities, calculators, color tools, date tools, generator pages, GIS exports, and PDF workflows. Tool availability, supported formats, file limits, browser support, and output behavior may change as the site is improved. We try to keep controls clear and results useful, but you should always review generated files, code, metadata, coordinates, calculations, and documents before relying on them.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use FlexImagePro only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Upload or process images that are illegal, obscene, or infringe upon the rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service in a way that burdens our infrastructure.
• Use the Service to facilitate any fraudulent, harmful, or malicious activity.

You also agree not to use generated output in a way that violates another person's rights, misleads users, damages systems, bypasses security controls, or publishes unlawful content. If a tool generates schema, HTML, CSS, JSON, PDF, KML, QR codes, barcodes, passwords, hashes, or other technical output, you are responsible for using that output safely and lawfully in the destination where it is applied.

Intellectual Property

The FlexImagePro name, logo, design, and code are the property of FlexImagePro and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The images you process using the Service remain your property. We claim no ownership over files you submit to or download from the Service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

FlexImagePro tools are provided for convenience and productivity. They are not a substitute for professional legal, medical, tax, engineering, security, accessibility, financial, or compliance advice. Outputs from calculators, SEO generators, developer tools, map tools, and document utilities should be tested and verified before being used in important decisions or production environments.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlexImagePro and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed zero dollars ($0), reflecting the free nature of the Service.

Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may display third-party advertisements served by Google AdSense and may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of any third-party sites. Accessing external links is at your own risk.

Downloads, Share Links, and File Handling

Some tools allow you to download generated files or create temporary links for processed results. You are responsible for checking file names, formats, page order, visual quality, code validity, and content accuracy before sharing those results. Temporary links are meant for convenience and should not be treated as permanent storage or a backup service.

Keep original files until you have confirmed that the final download works in the destination where it will be used. If a browser, operating system, third-party viewer, upload portal, or external validator handles a file differently, you may need to regenerate the result with different settings. FlexImagePro is not responsible for losses caused by deleting originals before reviewing exported files.

Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms of Service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
